Neither one. Augie Garrido should be fired immediately. Basketball is still the #3 sport at The 40 Acres and always will be behind football and baseball. Mack only has 1 losing season during his tenure at Texas and he's had the youngest team in the country the last 2 years. I can give Mack a pass for that. However, that team is no longer young and he can't use that excuse anymore. He needs to win a conference title and beat the ever living shit out of OU or needs to resign after this year.

Mack has a ridiculous resume at texas.

He essentially had 2 bad seasons with a super young team. 2012 was not really a bad season.

The 2013 team is loaded and favorites to win the league.

Now is not the time to make silly kneejerk spoiled brat coach firings.

I think Mack is on the cusp of a series of 11 win seasons.

The team is loaded and the league competition is way down.

Mack will never be fired. We don't operate that way in Texas. He has earned the right to be forced into retirement.

Auggie has been great for Texas football, but his new style of offense might be unpopular. I know I don't like it.

Mack should have been run out of town at least two years ago. His tank is empty. The sun has long set on his successes. He doggedly stayed with that pathetic 3 and out offense that he referred to as a power running game for the past three years. A few SEC teams have the athleticism and talent to line up and run at people successfully, but most college teams can't. This year's team has the talent to do pretty well, and if they have a 10 or 11 win season, Mack will certainly stay.
