Do you use one?

Any suggestions on buying one. I feel like insulated wont stay cold on my desk for 5-10 hours

But i see they make some that are "freezeable" now

Depending on how big a lunch you have and how big a storage area, you can always get a mini cooler. Otherwise, you can get a regular insulated lunch bag and put a frozen gel pack or ice block thing in there.

It depends on how much food you are going to pack.
I used a little Igloo cooler for years. Held a couple of sandwiches chips a drink and some kind of cupcake ding dong thing with a couple of those blue ice things that were frozen.

It would keep for as long as you wanted. 8-10-12 hrs, no problem.

I'm sure they make something better now.
Smaller and less bulky seemed better for what I needed it for.

yeah iu dont wanna carry that around too bulky for healthcare, but would work the best

I have a freezable one made by Fridge To Go that I bought off of Amazon. I don't know if I would be confident about leaving it out for 10 hours. I'd still use one of those blue freezable ice blocks if you need your food to keep longer. I usually still toss mine in a fridge during the day and don't freeze it.

Mine is a slightly larger version than this one. They're guaranteed for 8 hours but I think that would be pushing it.
