I'm worried without Jordy when it really matters you will have problems beating Atlanta in January. That's my concern. Offense look a little different the last two games.

I really only worry about the next game on the schedule. Besides our defense has been lights out.

Didnt Atlanta need overtime to beat the Redskins?

Yes but do you remember what happened last year? Rodgers had to put up 40+ to beat them and there's the possibility the game could be in Atlanta if we don't beat them Thursday night. And they have a better running game than before. It's going to be hard to get by their defense without Jordy and redskins secondary has been better than GB's for a while now.

Maybe you won't play them and giants, seahawks, or cardinals stop them in divisional round.

Because I want someone to beat Atlanta. Our ring advantage is in danger. And packers were the team I was pulling for last year and I have Rodgers on my fantasy team.

Last year is not this year as the Packer defense is significantly improved

You are basing things on past years as the Packer secondary or pas defense is top 3 in the league and the defense is second in sacks in the league wit 20 so far. The defense is much improved

The Pack is 5th in offensive scoring and 3rd in defensive scoring at the moment. I'll put that up against ATL any day of the week.

Well lets see although technically the defense has not played any real offense yet. And neither has Atlanta.

But with two starting olinemen out tonight saints chances of a upset tonight do not look good.

I agree, offense is in a bad place right now. Packers have gone too horizontal in the passing game, and have no legitimate deep threat to back the defense off right now. Also, where is this running game? Lacy and Starks have been non-factors, and non-factor may just be a compliment at this point...

One hand helps the other. The lack of the deep threat has allowed teams to sit back in two deep sets and focus on stopping the run game. I expect us to get Lacy going this weekend against the Chargers.

Well forget Atlanta(I mean how can you take that team serious after a 10-7 win in Tennessee?). Carolina will be a big test week 9.

Yup. I haven't heard but was wondering. With the extra time with the bye week if McCarthy is going to take the team to Denver a day or two ahead of time to acclimate to the altitude? I know he likes a regular routine and normally won't change times of practice or days off. But having lived in the Denver area a couple of times I know it can take a couple of days to feel normal.

Well, things don't look so good for beating Carolina. You have the rematch factor but that's it.
