Hometown announcers sell the out to NY. Geesh Harrelsom is over the top but don't call for the out on national TV. They need to be replaced IMO. Not impressed

CJ states Beltre threw a strike to Gallo as he leaps to the moon. Try again. Excuse the rant

Odor to the DL and IKF up to be utility guy. Profar gets 10 days straight in the lineup

Oh ok

I thought you might be saying they were bringing up a minor leaguer to play 2nd until Odor gets back.

Rua looks like a triple A hitter.

He’s awful at the plate right now.

I know Odor is going to be out for a while but Bannister has no business batting him in the 2 hole. This is the kind of nonsense I am tired of even if we are going nowhere. At least manage like you are. Choo, Andrus, then something like Maz, Beltre and Gallo and now Profar and so on. I am even okay with Profar at #2 but never Odor.

That's why he is playing. We need to find out if he can hit MLB pitching on a regular basis.

Actually Odor, over his career, has hit best in the #2 spot

It seemed ownership didn't want to go to a full rebuild this past offseason. They thought it would hurt attendance. I understood that line of thinking, but didn't agree with it at all. The poor attendance is showing the flaws in that line of thinking. You either rebuild or go all in. The best approach would have been to announce a rebuild and do just that. We should have done that after the 2013 season and we should have done that this past offseason. We have set the organization back by trying to do things half way. If this ownership group is going to continue to do this I wish they would just sell the team. I am assuming they are forcing JD to do things the way he has. Maybe I shouldn't assume that, but I am.

Do you know if that was before last year or including. Just seems since the start of last season he has no clue what he is swinging at.

Actually, he's got a very good clue. He swings at everything. He's just not successful at it.

HA! In other words he is hoping the pitcher makes a mistake and throws a strike.

Know what Wastin? I don't think it makes diddly-squat to him if it's a strike or not. I only wish I was kidding.
