You're just copying so that is OK.

But when they rank Divisions they have to rank them by how
competitive the Division teams are vs each other.

If you use that for criteria, then the MAC West and the AAC East
are as competitive as anybody.

MAC West with Toledo, W Mich, No Ill and C Mich.
AAC East with UCF, USF, Temple and Cincy.
