I knew this had the potential to begin to rival the "going back to Foles" thread started by @dbldwn711 when I decided to get the Hoop's answer once and for all. Yinz ain't disappointed!
And according to Eagles fans there's a combination of 39, Cowboys homers and Trolls.

Of course that number is a little screwed because @Tapey apparently fits into both categories.

Maybe Dak and the Cowboys never come to an agreement and the Eagles sign Dak to a Winston deal and he takes over after the inevitable Wentz injury and he wins a SB there? With your OL he'd probably have two or three by now in Philly

Could you imagine. Haha

And his career average is 6.9(nice) so he’s going to well above his career average even above his mvp run based on what?

His YPA was 7.5 in 2017 and 7.7 in 2018. Not out of question that with huge influx of speed at WR that it can go up to 8.3. He has one of the strongest arms in the league and now WRs that he can use that arm strength with. 8.3 certainly isn't some outrageous mark for a QB to have either.

Last year 8.3 would have been tied for 4th with Patrick Mahomes, while I do think getting around 7.8 is very doable, I doubt Wentz reaches 8.3, I’m not saying he can’t I’m saying saying he’s never really been close in his career

Or could you imagine if The Cowboy sign Wentz as Daks backup. Then Dak goes down and Wentz comes in and wins the Cowboys a Super Bowl

Again, tied for 4th isn't some outrageous possibility. You act as if he has had this long career or that large fluxations for a QBs YPA from one year to another are not common. He is 27 years old heading into his 5th season and just now entering the prime of his career with a ton of speed at WR available to him. DeSean Jackson alone when he plays most of a season with a QB he has a big impact on their YPA. And it won't even be Jackson alone this season providing speed and down the field rwcwvinf threats for Wentz.

What do you think is outlandish exactly?
I think it is all outlandish for a QB like Wentz except for the yards, but his being so fragile and injury prone even puts that in question. I think the 42 TDs is just asinine. The guy just isn't that good. They draft a couple of rookies that have never played a snap in the league and you think it's going to cause him to put up numbers he has never sniffed and will never sniff because they can run fast? In the last 6 years only one QB has put up that many TD passes in a season and your guy ain't in his league.

All of it.

All within reason. It's be around 286 passing yards a game, the TD per game would be just a little more than he was averaging in 2017 ad he has thrown exactly 7 INTs in the last 3 seasons. Completion % also would not even be the highest of his career.

He was on pace for 41 TD in 2017. 42 is definitely not asinine. The presence of speed isn't just adding the big passing play aspect to the offense but it is forcing defenses to respect it which will open things up more for our great TEs and for Sanders who has shown himself to be an explosive receiving threat out of the backfield.
