They led the league last year in penalties with almost 120... looks like they're trying to out-do themselves this year.

163 by the 2011 Raiders was the most ever recorded. I think they can do it though with a 17 game season!

Very true. Sadly the play calling so far is setting him up to fail. My fear was them reverting to the same old way and it is happening.
