Of course he is, but the LSU administration is even worse. Not that I necessarily think that Les should be fired, but if you really want to remove him, you don't let it get out into the public where the fans, media, and governor can speak about it before you've pulled the trigger.
Now it's a broken marriage with an uncomfortable working environment. And if LSU loses 3 or 4 games next season, he'll just be fired then. I guess the upside in that is far less top jobs will be available.
