Haha. I used to play StarCraft at a very high level. It taught me a very important life lesson.

No matter how good you are at something, there are 2 million Koreans better than you.

MOBAs are only fun if you have friends to play with and Skype/Discord/Vent it up. Otherwise I stay as far away from those toxic communities as possible. There was less bitching in a shitty WOW arena team.

I used to play DOTA 2 with some friends. Never got into LOL since we all stopped playing.

MOBAs are also VERY team dependent so it's not a friendly learning curve unlike FPS/RTS where you just hop in a game, if you die early whatever... and an elite player can carry teams in FPS/RTS games. An elite player will have an impact in a MOBA but if the rest of his team sucks forget it.
