Go to Bovada.com and make an account. Super easy, ive been doing it for years. They just charge your cc from a random named site to make it legal i guess. My last charge from them was under the title (babytoybox.com) or something along those lines on my bank statement. Then they Western Union you money when you want a pay out.

Also, these are odds for winning it all, so not quite free.

None that I've ever had an issue with. Only problem i had was that they pass on a $25 fee to you to Western Union if you want to withdraw, and because its an international site, they charge you 4% conversion fee or some crap for whatever you put in. But other than that, a lot of fun, easy to deal with, and they have a lot of games and futures to choose from.

Either way, i usually only bet to make the games more interesting, and only like 10 bucks at a time. Besides, i never go in expecting to actually win money and need to withdraw it
