Young team gonna young team.

Yes, they should win games like last night. However, they also have no business taking a team like the Warriors to overtime.

They look like potential world beaters one minute and like they've never seen a basketball before the next.

In short, they are inconsistent as hell...

just like every other teenager on the planet (as those of us who have raised them can tell you lol).

Kuzma should be put back into the starting line up*. Nance is hella rusty right now.

*Personally, I'd leave him as the starter period but I get what Luke is trying to do by having a scoring presence off the bench

Another blow-out. Like I stated earlier. This could be a rough stretch in the schedule.

The young-uns' eeked out a much needed win. Now if we can get to double figures in the win column it may be contagious.

That was a lot of fun to watch. Possible 2020 finals preview? lol

Great quote from Lonzo re: that final pass to Ingram when asked what he would have done without a couple dozen games under his belt. He would have shot it with 7 seconds left:

"For sure thought about it. Maybe earlier in the season I would have took it. I know I would have took it."

Instead, he held up, made the defense collapse and gave Ingram a wide open look. Love that these guys are learning to play the game right.

Clarkson had a pretty funny quote about Ingram's shot:

"He was wide open. If he ain't shoot it, I probably would have slapped them dreads off his head. Look like worms up there."

I am not impressed with the sixers coach. Man, Embid is such a stud. Boy if he was here...

Not sure where you guys get this idea that Randle is a turnover machine or playing his way out of LA?

He's averaging 2.2 turnovers per game on a team that averages 17.3 turnovers per game. The Lakers as a team have a problem with turning the ball over. It's not just Randle.

He's also averaging 12.4 points per game, 6.3 rebounds per game and shooting 55%. This while only playing 22 minutes per game.

If he's not in LA next year, it will be because he, along with Clarkson, will have been moved to create cap space for top FA's. Or, because another team offered him more than the Lakers were willing to match.

It won't be because he played his way off the team.

You have your opinion which is fine, but if you cant see how many times Randle has been out of cotrol with the baseketball, i dont know what to tell you. Other people see it, but since you cant, it does not exsist lol

Somebody pee in your Cheerios?

When did I say I haven't seen Randle out of control?

No one even said anything about him playing out of control until you decided to move the goalposts. But, that's what usually happens when an opinion meets up with facts that don't support it.

Also, I didn't present an opinion, that was you.

I presented facts that show the turnovers aren't just a Randle problem, but a team problem. But then, I guess that's why you moved the goalposts.

The fact is...the Lakers average 17.3 turnovers per game. The fact is...Randle is responsible for 2.2 of those which places him 3rd on the team. So, it's a team problem, not just a Julius Randle problem.

Since you apparently now want to talk about him playing out of control.

Does he play out of control at times? Yes, he does. It's something he has struggled with since he first came into the league. He's gotten better at it, but he still has some work to do. If he does that work, his turnovers will likely decrease as well. <<<<That is fact.

Opinion coming up here...In my opinion, I don't think we ever want him to be completely under control. He brings an edge and energy to the game that the Lakers...in my opinion, sometimes lack.

End of the day though, it doesn't really matter, since, in my opinion, he and Clarkson are both likely going to be sacrificed after the season to clear cap space.

Ingram gave us nothing today very unusual. It happens. Got to beat bad teams.

Walton needs to go back to starting Kuzma

Nance is giving them nothing since he came back, and Kuzma is a huge spark plug

I don't care what Walton's reasoning is for starting Nance, it isn't working.

Kuzma needs to start and bring Nance off the bench. He always played better that way.
