I wonder what Mike Shanahan would have done with Kyle Shanahan - be one of his coaches? It doesn't seem likely.

Agree- Not sure what the word is with the role he would have. Which already would make me nervous with the guy, as that was one of my main reasons for not wanting little Shanny bringing in his "friends/family", not that I dislike Mike, but he won his two SB's here and I am satisfied with that.

Random thought- When we hired Wade Phillips as our HC, our first want was Mike Shanahan we could not pry him away from SF... He then became our HC two years later.

When we first wanted Vance Joseph as a d cord, we could not pry him away from the Bengals.. He may become our HC two years after that.

So maybe if we wait two years with Paxton Lynch we will be ok.

All comes down to staff of how good of a hire this will be. I've heard really good things about the coaches he presented but have to see who he can actually get in. Just hope it isn't like politicians making promises he can't keep

Tons of rumors but Sean McDermott is expected to get the Bills HC job maybe as early as today. The rumor is he will bring Mike McCoy with him. But McCoy has also been linked to dang near every team, so I am not giving up hope on McCoy.
