Not really... Watt is a very good player but let's face it, it wouldn't make the Patriots defense 1005 better, still have no secondary... Plus a 1st rounder is NEVER a given, look at Brady.....

And it's not like the 1st rounder would start right away (most likely), so who would the Patriots QB be?

I'd trade my left nut for JJ, but not Brady at this point. It was already mentioned above; 1st don't always pan out, JJ helps the D, but Brady is single handidly winning games right now.

I wouldn't discuss anything until after this year. People act like Super Bowl caliber teams grow on trees.

I dont think I would trade for Watt and his contract no matter what... but certainly not until after the season.

Love Watt, but I believe his contract is not very cap friendly. I could be wrong.

I'm thinking after a disappointing year for the Texans, JJ may be the type of guy looking to take a discount to play for a contender? Maybe a Revis like deal? Don't need him but love to have him.
