That our QB goes and works out with the Head Coaches brother every year?? Even in 2014 and 2015, Cousins was working out with Jon Gruden during the off season.

Not that i mind it, but how many of you think that Jon doesnt just HAPPEN to have one or two of the new pages of our play book handy for Kirk and the WRs when they arrive in Tampa??

His on time he continuously tries and gets better. Others chill out and party. We have a QB who cares about winning and not just a pay check and status. Just want them to sign him already.

Kirk really needs the work, it's a good thing to work and become familiar with potential teammates.

SN: While reading and looking at photos of this, I took note of the insinuations by some that Kirk was sending a subtle message by being the only one of our guys NOT wearing team gear. (Don't shoot, I'm just the messenger)

1) There's something strange about the Redskins' skill-position players practicing with coach Jay Gruden's brother Jon in Florida. This would seem strange even if you ignored the fact Jon works for ESPN and is betting Benjamins with Terrelle Pryor on 20-foot putts at a nearby golf course, according to ... ESPN. The Grudens essentially have created a work-around for the offseason rules limiting coach and player contact. Next April, keep an eye on Mike Shanahan's passing camp for the 49ers.
