It's late afternoon but out of state. At worst I would have to watch on tv from hotel/bar before heading to wedding but unless I get serious heat from my mom, I'll most likely pass. It's her sisters youngest.

There is a penitentiary there, Rock Island had a big work over yard there before they went bankrupt in 1980. And I always drove right past it on the way to and from Liberal and Norman.
