In a vacuum is an unrealistic ask. If you need a QB more than you need a WR, you want Allen. If you need the WR more you take Hardman. If you don't "need" either, than gimme a position player over %90 of the QB's, Allen included

If you need a QB, then Allen no doubt. I generally think that people are going to reach for Josh Allen a bit in leagues with really competitive players. Mobile QB with a new star WR.

Otherwise pick the WR.
