I was concerned about the ignoring injury. That is what MD is being accused of when the kid died.

I think Rich Rod got caught doing that in MI and he just played the "I didnt know I couldnt do that" and got a slap on the wrist.

It is Holy Shit on multiple leveles. I doubt it really gets abused much, because you need to prove the validity of the claim and in a short period. It will have a few issues. The bigger issue is that a lot of minor issues will come out on programs.
