The Q
Hoop’s Villain, Reality’s Hero
Yes. I am not sure they actually use the name in the show, though. They certainly use Purple as a visual technique throughout the season, though.
Again, only 2 episodes in.
The guy is a bit freaky already.

His power isn't EXACTLY mind control. It has its limitations.
the ending of season 1 at the boat yard was nuts (well not that nuts but not what I was expecting)

shhhhhhhhhhh
I haven't seen those yet.
I just saw him let a family lock their kids in the closet and tell the daughter to pee on the floor.
That storyline is big in both JJ and Cage. Also the reveal that she killed Luke Cage's wife is a pretty big hammer to drop this early in the series.

Yes.I should watch JJ before LC, right?
The order of viewing is...
DD1
JJ
DD2
Cage
Ironfist
Defenders (coming soon)
Punisher (I think this is the next one)
DD2 doesn't have too much overlap with JJ. No need to go back, unless you really want to.well I already watched DD1 and 2 while recovering from knee surgery. So shit. But I'm ok with going back to watch DD2 again.
Elektra is amazing.

The second half of that season was under par, IMHO. The Puny stuff was fantastic, though.
That was certainly part of it for me.Agreed.
Although I wonder how much of it was because weird supernatrual shit just didn't fit into the DD world they created through 1.5 seasons.
