In fairness, let's put it in context. He was asked, "what would you like to say the Titans?" Considering they're the ones holding the #1 pick, it makes sense to me to say you're the best player to be chosen there if you're in the running for that spot. Not arrogant if you ask me. Just confident and competing to be that top pick.
