Correct, it was BJ Raji before him. Eddie Lacy is the fattest RB to ever score a rushing TD. Packers are breaking all kinds of records up in here.

I don't have their exact weights when each scored but I remember the TV broadcast said BJ was the heaviest ever to score a rushing TD. He was around 335lbs at the time I believe. They nicknamed him the freezer after the play.
