Ok congrats to the Wings for a very fought series and nearly taking down the favorites.

What is everyone's thoughts on next years team? I have been messing around a little this morning and this is wht I came up with:

UFAs
Filppula
Cleary
Brunner
Miller
White – gone without a doubt…he is in Babcock’s doghouse

RFAs
Andersson
Nyquist
Kindl
Smith

We have just under 11 million

We can easily get Smith, Kindl, Nyquist and Brunner for less than 6 million
As I said earlier, I think Cleary and Filppula are gone so that leave Miller and Andersson(and obviously White)

This would leave us just under 5 million with an already full lineup

RWs:Franzen, Eaves, Bertuzzi, Sammy, Tootoo
Cs: Zetts, Dats, Helm(assuming health), Brunner, Emmerton

I never liked the Yankee Wings era. I enjoyed this season more than any Wings season since Yzerman beat the Blues in that double OT game way back in 96. I don't have any in-depth opinions on the roster yet, but I love the youth and aggression. My biggest wish is that they keep their draft picks, draft well and build from within.

We just signed a d man. I'm mobile so I can't find his name now. I do not was cleary back. By himself he cost us 8-9 goals in the Chicago series. Flip had a bad year while. I think we need 2 legit scorers.
