Is there going to be a bowl game in Las Vegas in 2020?

Did I miss the memo that one of the bowl games is relocating to the Raiders new stadium?

If not, any idea which crappy location bowl should move there?

They said this was the last year of the Las Vegas bowl at their current location. I believe it is moving in next year.

IIRC, The Raiders Stadium is going to host the Las Vegas Bowl with an SEC vs. Pac-12 match-up.

The stadium looks pretty cool, I’m sure they’ll move one or two in there. Not sure how the solid black color will sustain in full 110 degree sunshine however

Try to keep up. The PAC CCG has been relocated to Vegas, The Vegas bowl is now the #2 PAC Bowl tie in.

Team 1: Pac-12’s second selection (shared with Holiday Bowl)

Team 2 (even years): SEC’s selection after the College Football Playoff and Citrus Bowl (shared with five other bowls)

Team 2 (odd years): Big Ten’s selection after CFP, Citrus and Outback Bowl

If the SEC or any other conference is smart, they'd lock that shit up.

No SEC teams travel to SW Louisiana or cares about Memphis.

Don't want to speak for others but Vegas vs. Shreveport is a no brainer.

I could see b1g folks thinking that playing in the new Yankee stadium is impressive but who knows.

Other than being on the other side of the country, it's hard to compete with telling your wife, we're going to vegas.

If Nebraska ever has the chance to go to the Las Vegas Bowl, I would go there.

If Nebraska ever has a chance to go to the Pinstripe Bowl, I would never go there. The only way I would go there is if my wife promises many sexual favors if she can drag me to New York City.

That is all predicated on Nebraska winning 6 or more games in a season though.
