I posted this at Disney. Unless you are president of the united states, kidnapped, or a terrorist the FBI is not investigating a phone call complaint or email complaint. This lies with the local police department. It is not assault or terroristic threats. Leaving a naughty voice mail is a misdemeanor unless the huskers fan is outside beebe's house with a weapon yelling that he or she is going to kill then Dallas swat will take care of business.
