It'd be a good story if he did. Probably win/win tbh. Always like seeing HOF players stick to (mostly) one team

It is 1 year too late. They should have never let him walk. The D would have been sooooo much better with him

Probably don't sign Nwosu though. We took a pretty big haircut on the cap with the Wilson trade.

He became a cap casualty kind of like Richard, but it doesn't mean things parted badly... it just was what it was. Richard clearly took things personally but he's an eccentric personality so whatever.

Seattle's linebackers can't cover or call plays at the LOS for shit... Brooks is a good athlete (or at least was prior to injury) but between him and Barton there is ZERO football IQ (or in Barton's case IQ + athleticism) period...

ILB and center is probably the biggest need for the Seahawks at the moment... Wagner at least delays a bit of the aforementioned probably for another 1-2 years and allows us to address DL.

Bobby and KJ would have been much better than what i feel we got this season from our ILBers. Sad truth is we needed to move on and get younger, Brooks wasn't ever going to replace Bobby or KJ's abilities and they needed to see it first hand. He looked the part in stints when BOBBY was here but once Bobby was gone Brooks seemed to regress. Barton is a fine back-up and spot starter but not a full time starter. At times even this season Barton looked better than Brooks and that says a lot.

I wouldn't mind bringing Bobby back especially with the Brooks injury and we wouldn't need to use a draft pick on a Linebacker. However we did invest a high end pick on Boye Mafe I would like to see some development with him.

Mafe was more drafted to play as a Rush guy, Him doing much more than that will take time to learn.

I think it would make sense from a couple different angles, but the question is whether Bobby might still be salty about how he found out about being cut last year. There was just no way the team was going to keep him on at $20M that he was going to cost on the cap, but he should have been called directly by Pete & John before finding out from an outside source.

Sounds like it may be coming down to Hawks or Cowboys.

I'm not sure Bobby should be a full time starter but it would be nice to use him on like 75% of the snaps. Given Brooks is probably out to start next season and Barton is gone, we definitely have holes all over the inside linebacker position. And with not that many centers available in free agency, it's looking more and more like we are going to have to draft one with our early 2nd.

I could see a good center still being available in the 3rd round

I would LOVE to have him back. But at this point he would have to take a pay cut for it

Rumor is Bobby is coming back for 1 year $7M.
He upgrades the position and is huge as a team player.
We are still thin at LB.
