Irish Hire Todd Lyght As New DB Coach

I think this is a great hire, and great replacement for Cooks. ND alum, who had a great NFL career, which should be a good selling point to recruits. He has limited coaching experience, but he was well-regarded in the Eagles organization. Chip Kelly thought enough of him to bring him with him to Philly from Oregon. Also has ties to Bishop Gorman (former assistant), not a bad pipeline.

Awesome...I remember Todd Lyght playing for ND. He was a stud.

Nice pick up here. I think this is a nice get. He is a ND Alum, played in the NFL and now is back as a coach. Kids can look up to him because he has been through it all. Good move
