This to me is a coach that has his team 10 years behind the times.

He is trying to play a Bama style of football without those Bama type athletes.

They need to be innovative and gamble on a progressive up and coming coach to succeed. They have tough kids on the team it seems. Always have a few NFL players. Need to be coached in a manner that gives them a competitive edge.
