The percentage of 5 stars in the NFL is even smaller.

There appears to be 25 5-star athletes total for the 2015 recruiting class according to rivals.com.
Given 125 teams and about 20 players per team sign, that's 2500 kids signing on singing day.
25/2500 = 1%.
There are approximately 1600 total players in the NFL.
One percent of that would be 16 players. I'm waaaaay too lazy to do the research, but I would bet that more than 16 players in the NFL were rated at 5 stars as high school prospects.
