I would love to visit Japan and Germany even though my dad (who is still alive and kicking at age 92) fought against both those nations during WWII. Japan and Germany are no longer our enemies, and new people are in place in those nations.

Except it has become a cult like culture in happy valley and lots of Penn St fans will adamantly deny any wrong doing of Joesus. The program harbored a child molester for years and the school profited generously off of the football program all while some people in high positions knew of the evil occurring ON CAMPUS.

To just shrug it off as in the past is unfair to the victims and quite honestly sickens me. And I am sure this goes much deeper. People need to be punished.

I think what's more gross is the fans who continue to cling to the idea that JoePa is a hero and should be celebrated. The ones who believe, to this day, he has done no wrong or knew but didn't know. It's not so much the University or the people in charge, it's the very large group of fans that, say, want to put the JoePa statue back up.
