They can start planning a draft strategy because the season will be over.
It's probably over already because I see only 4 possible games that are winnable after this game. At best, the Rams would be 6-10 ( unless the entire team figures it out which I doubt is going to all of a sudden happen ).

Hell....the draft even sucks for us any more, because 90% of the knuckleheads we draft are usaully out of the league in 3 years! But hey, at least they're paid real good. This team sucks at just about evrything!
