He fits their system much better than he did OKC
This is so unfair. The Rockets are adding a 10-time all star on a minimum contract. The rich just go richer. I'm not watching the NBA this season. Am I doing it right?
Houston's chances went all to hell as soon as they lost Ariza.
Melo is a better offensive player, but he will be attacked defensively
You forgot "the Rockets just broke the NBA".
Does he?

whats up dude?Yeah, who wouldn't want to pay a role player on the wrong side of 30 at $15 million a year??? Ariza single-handedly shot them out of that Game 7. He's the definition of good/not great defender and a good/not great shooter. Plenty of reasons to let him walk.
Tucker is much more valuable at this point. Gordon is way more valuable.Yeah, who wouldn't want to pay a role player on the wrong side of 30 at $15 million a year??? Your Pacers are a dark horse to win the East man.
I honestly believe they could do it. They do not deserve to be favorites by any way shape or form- but I do not think there is a team in the East that is head and shoulders better- ESPECIALLY if Turner can ratchet it up a level.
PG- Oladipo
SG- Collison
SF- Evans
PF- Thad Young
C- Turner
that is a helluva lineup
Tucker is much more valuable at this point. Gordon is way more valuable.
Ariza is a good player but hes getting old and kinda choked. He was no better than their 6th best player (Harden, CP, Capela, Gordon, Tucker)
He was a good guy to have- but its hardly John leaving the Beatles.
hey...Chris Sheridan said that and I think hes right.
