Too many other variables, what does ND do? What about if OU loses to Okie State but Baylor wins out in th Big 12? Or if OU loses to Okie State but Baylor drops the game to TCU? Would Okie State or Baylor (depending on which scenario it was) get an invite if ND loses...

I forgot about MSU's schedule playing Oregon. I'd have to evaluate how much not playing a title game impacts OU or ND. Out of OU and ND I give the nod easily to OU. So I would need to compare MSU and ND.
