Why? The rule is fine, maintain possession on your way to the ground. He failed to do that.

My friend on Facebook that's a Cowboys fan was going nuts over it. Though he never brought up last weeks call reversal that went the Cowboys way.

The rule includes a note that says no football move is required. True story. They put in in there in 2012.

he possessed the ball all the way to the ground, ball hitting the ground is where it wasn't a catch cause it moved. He had full and complete control of that football until it touched the ground but based on the rule it is no catch

The true fans know the NFL and understand the rules therefore there is nothing to complain about. The "other" fans ran their mouths all week about how the officiating had no impact in Dallas and they don't want to look like hypocrites.

There's no sense sweating the call when we had plenty of other chances. The Murray fumble, the botched 3rd and 1 at the end of the half, the TD the packers made on 3rd and 1, the blocked field goal, the spectacular pass Rodgers made on the last TD. The Cowboys played outstanding, their offense was great and their D competed as well as they could, hustle to the end. Proud of the whole team, Romo in particular, who was hurt all year, and if the last throw to Dez is complete, he ends the game in Green Bay with a possible win and a perfect QB rating for the game. Not bad at all

I hope they don't change the rule... I mean dam, NFL offenses already have TONS of rules in there favor... At the very least make sure receivers have to secure catches... Clearly the ball did hit the ground and popped up a bit....
