I think it is more likely a Gator Bowl game with MSU and FLA is more likely though.

However Florida will probably be higher end bowl game like the Cap One (Citrus) or ChickfilA (Peach).

The question is...would more points be scored by the Defenses or the Offenses.

I remember a Bama game back in the 90's against Vandy when they had one of the best D's in the country...along with the 118th ranked Offense. Bama won something like 17-10. Vandy scored on a pick 6 and we scored on a pick 6 and a fumble by the Vandy punter at their 6...where we promptly lost 5 yards and kicked the field goal...and one good offensive drive that ended in a touchdown.

That's how I see a FL vs VT bowl game.

Last year's Russell Athletic Bowl between VT and Rutgers had 21 punts, neither team had 200 total yards. VT won 13-10 in overtime.

VT-MSU-UF would be a repeat of that.

I am not a fan of either. I think the right score is between 17-28 pts. In these cases it is great defense and bad offenses. I do not find it to be much different when I am watching a great defense destroy bad offenses compared to a great offense destroying a bad defense. Both are boring.
