lebrons going to LA after this run in cleveland is over. he has a house there and his kids are registered for LA schools.

opens it up for the east...

No thank you. We just dealt with the end game for a worn out superstar, no need for another.

And who was it taking the biggest shots at the end of the game?

Once the score was tied at 89 all Lebron took 4 shots Kyrie took 3 shots. No doubt Kyrie made a hell of shot. But he played like shit up until hitting that shot. Lebron had 11 of the 18 points the Cavs scored that Qtr, FYI.

LeBron also sealed the game from the line with under a minute to go after driving and getting hammered by Draymond.

I know, but people act like that shot was the only reason they won the series. Who the hell do you think put them in position for Allen to hit that? Then Lebron goes off for 34, while Allen lays a goose egg in game 7.

Allen only got 4 shots in game 7. For all his assists, Lebron takes a huge amount of shots, which can actually freeze out his teammates. There are complaints about the bench last night, but other than Love (who had early foul trouble), the rest of the guys that didn't step up only got what, 8 shots combined? Big minutes and shot totals freeze out your teammates.

I think Lebron needs a strong-minded coach that he will actually listen to more than additional help. He simply isn't using all of the help he already has. They also have to find a way to rest him more.

Without Ray's shot in game 6, there is no game 7

Without Lebron being superman in Game 6, Ray Allen doesn't even have a chance to do that(Scored 16 points in the 4th Qtr, assisted or scored on 21 of the 30 points the Heat scored). It amazes me that people will just look at the end result, Kyrie hitting the GW last year, or Allen hitting that shot last year, and fail to realize they wouldn't have been in that position, if Lebron even has a mediocre game.

LeBron is measurably as clutch as Michael Jordan

This was from 2015, when Lebron already had tied MJ for game-winning postseason buzzer beaters. But please, go on with your ignorance.

The LeBron James 4th-quarter experience

https://www.google.com/amp/nesn.com...-out-lebron-james-and-the-stats-prove-it/amp/

I don't have time to pull up more, but Cleveland fans got to see Lebron getting swept in the finals and they got to watch him quit against the Boston Celtics.

Kyrie was getting treatment on his back and knee throughout the game. He simply wasn't the same down the stretch.

So according to you Lebron can't win. LOL. I've now heard people bitch about him being to passive and now taking too many shots.

Yep. Cavs were down 5 with 20 seconds to go.

In those 20 seconds they hit a 3, fouled Kawhi who split 2 free throws, then hit a 3 to tie the game.

LeBron hit the first 3, Ray Allen hit the next one. But somehow Ray Allen's 3 is bailing out LeBron. Its so beyond completely stupid.

You're glossing over the point. Lebron is more willing to set up the game winner than to take it.

Not to point out the obvious, but that was the norm in the NBA back in the day. Two studs and role players everywhere else. It is the same Jordan/Pippen and everyone else. Some had better role players than others, but jumping from team to team and joining forces with other NBA stars wasn't the norm back then.

Lebron joined up with Wade and Bosh. Now he joined up with Kyrie and Love.

It'd be like Jordan joining forces with Bird and Magic. Or Isiah Thomas and Charles Barkley. Or Karl Malone and Dominique Wilkins. It never happened back then. Players would try late in their career when they were a shell of themselves, but you didn't see stars in their prime joining forces.

That is what the NBA is now. The Celtics did it thru trades. Lebron did it they FA, then FA again and a trade. Unfortunately for the NBA, GSW did it in the draft and still had room for a 4th stud. It is no different than what Boston, Miami and Cleveland (you can add the Clippers in, even though they have failed) -- GSW just did it bigger and better.
So what? That doesn't change the fact the Lebron has faced significantly harder teams. The Spurs with Duncan and the other studs on that team would run circles around any team Jordan faced, and they're probably not as good as GS even.

MJ had Pippen (one of the best players of all-time, HOFer), Horace Grant (all-star PF, 4x all-defensive 2nd team), Steve Kerr (The career leader in 3-point shooting percentage), Dennis Rodman (Best rebounder in history based on rebound rate), and Toni Kukoc (one of the best 6th men of all-time). This was going against teams that had 1-2 studs and then a bunch of average- to below average role players. No shit he went unbeaten.

You are just proving the analogy someone provided. Lebron is like a stud starting pitcher, but he needs a closer to finish it out for him.

So the same thing MJ is praised for(setting up Kerr) Lebron is criticized for? LOL.

You can't complain about needing more help, then taking 30 shots. How can your teammates help shoulder the burden without opportunity?

His passive behavior is largely out of exhaustion (defensively late yesterday) and willingness to pass the ball in crunch time (not necessarily a bad thing, just not the extreme alpha of a Jordan).

Lebron can win, just not against these Warriors with Durant.

Last I checked the 4th Qtr is the last Qtr.

Again 4th Qtr points:
Lebron: 11
Kyrie: 5

That's one shot. It's easy to point to others Jordan did take. Where are Lebron's?

Again, it's a difference in character, not necessarily a flaw.

Again 4th Qtr points:
Lebron: 11
Kyrie: 5

...and when the majority of those points come when you're down 10 or so without any stops on defense, it's essentially garbage time.

Yeah, I don't get it. This is the Baylessian effect in full force, say something enough times, people will believe it to be true.
