Sambrailo is an ideal OT for a zone blocking scheme which is what the Fins use. I think it would be best to pick the best available safety with the next pick unless you see a more talented CB.
Yeah Shaw would have been ideal but was picked one slot ahead of me...very versatile as he could play CB or S. I'll try to get your guy in the 5th as I have 2 picks there. Then go BPA on one of the other needs with the other pick...maybe your RB as he fits the bill can be a RB and FB...get the Fins those short yardage downs.

Got your guys FOF. I almost had Justin Cox CB/S too but he was just taken he would have completed the secondary but I like Varga as he can play RB and FB so fills a big need on short yardage.

Miami Dolphins select Durrell Eskridge FS Syracuse

and

Miami Dolphins select Tyler Varga FB Yale

Great job! The Fins just got a potential starting FS and the Fins' short yardage run game & redzone offense just got a lot better.

Yeah I don't think I could have waited any longer and with LB CB and DT still needed we have three picks left to get them. I’ll go BPA. I'm just not sure if ILB or OLB is a better pick right now? I think that the Fins are grooming Tripp in the middle...I'll probably just go BPA

FlyerFinFan,

You had your work cut out for you with the Fins needing starters at multiple positions. You definitely improved the offense and addressed the need for depth at safety with Delmas coming back from injury. DePriest and Herrera are ILB's that are runstuffing players with limited coverage skills that could become backups for early downs. I think the Fins have more players that can play OLB than ILB on the roster. A player to consider for a late pick at CB is Lorenzo Doss of Tulane. He has a knack for getting INT's. He had 15 INT's in 3 years. He's the type of player that could become a 3rd or 4th CB for the Fins. He could come into the game off the bench and make a QB pay for throwing it his way. Another thing about Doss is he had a good year RE pass breakups with 9.

Yeah I'm counting 7 LB'S on the roster and I'm guessing Misi and Tripp are inside. If they find another good one Misi can kick outside. I'll write those names down thanks for the tips.

I think overall I'd be happy with the picks. WR gets a stud, oline is solid with depth, FS has more depth and short yardage would be better with a versatile back.

No problem we must represent the Fins! So far the guys you mentioned are still available but we're quite a few picks away. Good chance we get a few of them....although CB's are thinning out. Slow moving today should be picking 6th round tomorrow.
