The fact that they walk Cano and Cruz really shows how dominant the two of them have been during their last 30 games, but it also highlights the fact that despite Cano and Cruz have been two of the best hitters in major league baseball during that time span, the Mariners roster construction is so bad that they are under .500 during that period of time.

Great opportunity for Montero here. Rooting for him to do something. He's easy to hate, but he has worked his way back here despite the organization having a real problem with him.
