Herb Hand to Auburn?

Reading on Twitter that Auburn's OLINE coach is leaving and that Herb Hand is one of 2 candidates for the job.

Honestly, if offered I hope he takes it.

Who knows what will happen, but don't be so fast to wish him gone. I honestly think he isn't as bad as perceived, but if he does go then there is one name...... Mike Munchak!!!

Their guy is supposedly leaving for the same position in cincinnati and Herb is good friends with Malzahn from when they worked together in Tulsa. I for one, would like to see what Hand can do with the guys we have brought in these last 2 classes. He;'s been very well respected everywhere he's been prior to this where he has been trying to make chicken salad from chicken shit. Either way, I think we'd find a good replacement, Russ Grimm is just hangting around in SW PA, Art Kehoe is available and I'm sure Franklin has a list a mile long as well.

Word is Hand to Auburn should be done today, also hear it will have no affect on Menet's committment. Would LOVE to see us go after Art Kehoe or Grimm.
