This year, 41 games in... 29 - 12, lost 5 out of 10, 6 out of the last 13
Last year, 41 games in... 28 - 13, 4 out of 10, 7 out of the previous 14

This year, Wade has played in 30 of the 41 games
Last year, Wade had played in 37 of the 1st 41 games


Now, I don't expect Miami to finish the season as well as they did last year (37 - 4 in the 2nd half), BUT I think the panicking on the Heat can calm down a bit.

Other than shot blocking and decent on the ball defense, he's awful. If he was 6'11 instead of 6'8/6'9 he would be one of the better defensive centers in the league

Absolutely. Which doesn't have much of an impact on how they'll finish the year (they only have 2 games left vs each other)... but it does seem to greatly increase the value of the #1 seed.

Funny thing about Indy is they fighting so hard for HCA but techinally they had HCA after winning G2 in Miami and gave it away in G3.

Let us not lose sight of Lance's improvement and the rest of the bench. Scola scares the shit out of me every time he touches the ball, but he is very efficient. Rebounds well and gives great hard fouls. The fact that he could not guard a wooden Indian is he only drawback. And let us not forget C.J. He has proved to be a very good find.
