i think that the superstition over it is ridiculous, BUT the mindset isn't. i know that back in the day mario paraded around with it, and i don't like that idea, but it was because it was the first hardware in team history i suppose. it's really just the attitude. toews interview was a good one after they won the west, it's not what they want. it's nothing so far, no need to get excited. that's a good mentality. not that it means philly doesn't believe that just because they touched the trophy though. it's really just overdone.
