It'll be interesting to see Cal without Jared Goff, and many of the WR which have mostly all graduated from last year's class.
Hawaii is coming off a 3-10 year, whereas Cal is coming off a 8-5 season and an Armed Forces Bowl victory over Air Force.
Davis Webb has been named the starting QB for the Bears
