Umm because their Non-Conf schedule was atrocious. 1 loss UW team does not get in over 1 loss schools from other conferences.

1 loss USC is even going to have a problem.

It will be the Cactus bowl or at large. But the they'll probably end up with a 6-6 record this year so they'll have to beg and Phil will probably have to payoff somebody.
