Just a place to vent. We've all been there, top scoring team overall, miss the playoffs due to the scheduling gods. Join me in venting/ranting, if you'd like.

In MBBRL Barbarians, I'm currently the #4 overall scorer, barely below #3, needing a minor miracle of two straight wins, and a combination of four to five losses by two or three other teams, with two to go, to make the dance.
in MBBRL suicide, I'm a mere five points behind #3 scorer, yet 6-6, likely out of the playoffs.

In Bandits Dynasty, I'm the number five scoring team, not far from being #3, #2 in points against, totally out of the playoff picture, yet somehow, very much alive for a top 3 pick in next year's rookie draft

Hell, even in the Bust league, I'm leading the league by thirty points, yet have a losing record.

Usually, this happens in one league every year, but 2018, has been especially brutal when it comes to tough luck losses.

Still an outside shot but it seems like every decision I made was wrong. The Too Long League is even worse believe it or not but with the roster requiremnts and limited starting slots it's a bit harder to hit on the right guise.

Last week in the Too Long League I him haw around, decide JoHo is a safer bet than the RBBC that is Collins/Edwards. Collins is ruled out. Too late, started Howard. Lost by 1 fucking point.

Dalvin Cook was committed to screwing me over too. Then I banished him. Lamar Miller ain't coming out of that starting lineup for any reason. Other than maybe somebody other than Cook taking his place. Can't cut Cook though. Somebody else might get him and use him against me. So, he will sit there and rot.

Oh yeah, that was that AWESOME week where D. Cook (-1), Cooper (3.9), MVS (.8), and Ertz (1.5), combined for a whooping 4.2 pts...wasting Goff's 43 in that crazy MNF game, and Da Bears 20. If only Goff had tossed to Woods just a little bit more...or ya know, the other half of my team doing ANYTHING that week.

I would be willing to bet I'm the only person in the world who started Goff, didn't face Mahommes, that week and still lost

yep, I've scored the 2nd most points in the league 1,669.8, but I am 6-6 and on the outside looking in for the playoffs. 10 team league, 1pt ppr, only 4 make playoffs. 1st place in the league is 10-2 and has scored 1669.6. 4th place in the league has scored 1724 points and he has to lose this week as well as I need to score 55 more points than he does to make playoffs and he miss. Of course, I am already off to a bad start with Michael Thomas and Will Lutz only getting 13 points combined.

This reminds me of a league a couple of years ago where I had the highest scoring team on a weekly basis but for 7 straight weeks every team I faced had the highest scoring week of their season and I lost every game. SEVEN in a row where every team got some miracle 5 TD QB, or some 180 yard multi TD RB or WR game, or some other bullshit. And I wasn't even getting blown out. Like I said, I averaged the most points but kept losing by like 4 or 5 pts. Fantasy can be a cruel mistress
