A true coin flip. Would anyone be surprised if, in 16 games, they each win 8 each? Wallace seems to be playing consistently enough, as does Tannehill, and their bye is behind them. I'll take Wallace.
Id take Wallace, on account of Tannehill being much better than Geno, IMO. Not sure what Harvin will do to the offense. Could help enough that there are more offensive plays in general. Could create silly formations to force feed him the ball.
Sucks that I have Decker in multiple leagues and Wallace in none.

Wallace. Miami offense is in much better shape than the Jets is. The acquisition of Harvin could help take some coverage off of Decker, or it could have a reverse effect and reduce the number of targets Decker receives.
Wallace. Jets offense cannot support 2WRs, and Harvin is a better fit for a run based team because he will get bubble screens and handoffs in addition to downfield targets.
