I dunno, if Kahne has a DNF then one of those guys could pass him for the eighth spot. He seems to be slipping though to each round.

They would also need Kenseth to get a DNF, because Kenseth is just 1 point behind Kahne for the final cutoff spot.

26 points is a lot to make up, and that's what both Dale Jr and Jimmie are behind Kahne and Keselowski is sitting much better. Jr and Jimmie would have to jump Brad K, Kenseth and Kahne to advance, and I don't see it happening.

SO qualifying today was a clusterfuck. Stenhouse missed the race, and rumors are running that Roush is trying to talk some start and parks into withdrawing so Stenhouse can get in.

Everyone waited until the end of each session to make their runs. Basically you were screwed if you were at the front of the pack, because everyone could duck out of line and get the run.
