I can't see Veldheer going to the left side unless Bolles gets hurt. Moving Bolles at his point to me hurts his development as the long-term solution at LT for us. Veldheer if healthy I think can handle the transition especially with this now being his 2nd offseason moving over to the right side. He definitely improved as time went on but the injury and then moving back to the left side hurt him.

I definitely like the direction of the team this year more so than the last 2 years. Most of the moves they made I could completely understand and get behind.

Right- The only way we move Bolles is if we see his future as a RT and not a LT... Not likely given our OL situation right now.

I like Kubes, but was never impressed with how he developed players. Stick to scouting and ill be happy. Seems to have had a good first draft, despite my initial hatrrd of passing on a few players.

One thing Gary did for QB's got them to play at there best in their careers other than Manning .

Steve Young Was his best improvement. SB was won

Elway the Ferrari ...Should have been 3 SB's

Then he worked magic with the QB for the Ravens .

So I can see improvement for Kasey . He knows how to handle QBs
