New owner willing to go over the cap consistently is bigger than who the GM is. Houston, Miami, LA, Brooklyn, Knicks all have owners willing to go north of the cap and pay the tax.

I agree. This is his 2nd time to get someone that matters. He needs to come up with either Melo or LBJ. He already lost out on Afflalo, I still don't understand how Magic take Denvers trade but didn't like our offer of the #19th pick. They wanted 16th and a player. They trade him for Denver for nothing.
