I wouldn't doubt that he killed a guy, but the story behind his supposed killing when he was 14 was way too far out there to believe. Some random guy in the middle of the woods is going to start kicking your dog, then shoot your friend's mother in the head right in front of two guys holding guns for a hunting trip.

If that story were true, it would be a justified killing and not a murder, but it's a pretty far fetched scenario.

It's believable that he had a motorcycle accident. What's not believable is he passed a demanded physical test to go to Antarctica for 6 months just 3 months after the accident.
