Got a tweet today that said university was going to suspend him for the season. Guess we will see our linebacker depth early.

Damn it! This PC bullshit has just gotten out of hand. First the DA says no charges didn't do anything wrong. Then the district court says no you can punish him there is no evidence. Now OU appeals this thing to the state supreme court. I guess covering your ass is more important than ruining a yound man's reputation and potential career. Thanks FSU!

OU Title IX compliance did what it did to cover it's (and the university's) collective asses.

I believe they fully expect Frank's legal team to be able to appeal their decision successfully.
