I've always said Current year only. Everything else is history. Go back 3, 5 or 30 and it's all the past IMO. I'll leave it up to each person when the current year changes from 2017 to 2018. For me it's always right after FA starts or right before the draft. But have no issue with an Eagles fan calling 2017 current year up until kickoff of 2018.
