Banana Bacon
No instructions really. Just wrap some bacon around the banana slices and throw em on the grill. Pretty darn good.

Nothing fancy...but I love some campfire cooking. Catching a trout, bass or catfish and just throwing it over a campfire.

Clearly, I have yet to discover all the uses for bacon.

I'll be doing both of these very soon!

Bacon Tacos
Place bacon strips on a paper towel, uncut because the bacon will shrink. You want to make sure that each slice slightly overlaps each other. That way when it cooks, they fuse together to make the shell. I microwaved my bacon for about 3 minutes. You may want to check on it each minute to make sure it is not cooking too fast or is not burning. Once out of the microwave, you fold it over and place something in the middle so it creates the inside of the shell.

After a few minutes, the bacon shell has hardened and you can fill it with your favorite taco stuffing. I only made one to try it out and one was enough. If you love bacon you will love this. It is one of those things you just have to try at least once if you love bacon.

A classic tomato sandwich. White bread, mayo, homegrown tomato with salt and pepper.
